The grips are very dense and surprisingly heavy. I am using them on an olympic bar, which is a tad thick for them (the bar is standard 28mm) so the grips have ~8mm crack. I expected that, but keep that in mind anyway. The grips do the job, really working your grip / forearms on all exercises.

Ну что сказать. Довольно посредственная вещь. Наделали на турник (у него довольно-таки гладкие металлические перекладины), сцепки - ноль. Ладно пошла нацепила на рельефный гриф штанги - неудобно и тоже прокручивается. На наборные гантели - даже пробовать не стала. Ладно бы только мне было неудобно с моей маленькой ладошкой, так ведь и сыну, который выше меня на голову тоже не зашло совершенно! Бесполезная вещь оказалась. Но зато как ждали, начитавшись отзывов!
